Account Registration and Security​

Payment Terms​

  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED

Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold OEMSTREAM harmless from claims arising from:

  • Your use of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Content you transmit through our Services

Termination​

By You​

  • You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
  • Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already provided

By Us​

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our policies
  • Fail to pay applicable fees
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Pose a security risk to our Services or other users
